The mini getaway from city life. Many of its customers are local japanese people, not foreigners. No random chinese with kids making loud noises, running around, etc etc, where you really want to just tell them off that this is Japan, and have to be mindful about the surroundings. Hot spring water is fully modernise and equipped with proper sauna and icy cold water for you to experience the full proper cycle of onsen. And unlike many hot spring, this is quiet, stayed for 5 days 4 night, at no point in time I felt that it was overcrowded despite the fact that the facilities is shared with 358UMI guest. I can easily count the number of guest in the spring water bath area with 1 hand at any given point in time.

We got a room upgrade just as we arrived, the staff was very helpful and they also gave us a free shuttle to the metro/airport at our date of checkout. The rooms are incredibly spaceous and you won't miss a thing. We were also able to rent two mini bycicles for free to ride to the metro which took around 10-15 minutes. If you're okay with the location, this Hotel offers everything you can ask for.

Very chic boutique hotel in fukuoka city. The entire staff is super friendly and helpful. Breakfast is amazing. They offer snacks and drinks in the afternoon at their lounge to relax. They also have their own on site restaurant downstairs. Rooms are huge and nicely decorated. All rooms have a balcony with view over the pool. Location wise, it’s a mere 7’ walk from the metro station.
