Everything about this hotel was great. The Japanese breakfast was amazing. The room was spotless and they gave restocked our room with a bottle water for free. The garden with the fish pond is beautiful. The hotel is within reasonable walking distance from a 7 eleven. But having a car to go around is best. The parking garage is great.

The staffs were really helpful, especially Mr. Bishal, who speaks really good English and showed his professionalism when helping me to communicate with the car rental company, thank you Mr. Bishal. 2. The room is big and clean,, so is the bathroom. 3. The view is specular - full Mount Fuji view. My room has a balcony, with a table and 2 chairs, I can sit there enjoying the beautiful Mount Fuji view with a cup of tea in my hand, what more can I ask for? 4. If you have a car, the location is superb. It was built on a hillside a few minutes drive from the city, where you can find restaurants, convenient stores, Gotemba Premium Outlet is only 8 minutes drive away.
