The entire experience was much more than expected. The head priest was exceptionally welcoming and inclusive. Extremely patient, generous, and gracious host. Even though the location is remote, a bus line arrive directly at the hotel. The onsen experience was great, even having Yukata for our 3 years old! Board games for kids and a long walk around the lake with some kids playground made it for a great time with the family. Food (breakfast and diner) was excellent, and a nice gift shop very well priced on the location!
