Marvellous hotel. Very stylish, comfy beds, very nice Onsen, good breakfast. Above all, a fantastic concierge service, getting us a car on Yakushima when we couldn't find any availability - the concierge staff made sure the next shift was aware of developments and really went the extra mile.

BBQ dinner is splendid with wagu beef, pork, chicken, scallops, shrimp, mushrooms, vege, etc. Learnt to bake a cake using a BBQ stove. Fully equipped with all necessities. Nice but rather busy Onsen facilities as shared with local people.

Location was great,in the heart of Tenmonkan.Airport shuttle bus stop was nearby and both the JR stations and the ferry to Sakurajima were within walking distance. Rooms were big enough , stylish and very clean. The onsen was a bonus ; really nice.

Superb central hotel, very comfortable and excellent in every way and great value . Really delicious breakfast, a la carte and buffet combined..Very friendly helpful staff, special thanks to Hashi at reception who was really nice and friendly and helpful and spoke good English.
