This property is very clean and tidy, carpark is right out the front and it's very convinient. You can check in automatically if you arrive late which is quite easy. Inside the rooms are spacious with big beds. The room was very clean and nicely made up. The room is well equipped with microwave, kettle and so on. Very impressed, much better than we thought it would be for the price.

We love the R9 chains for the comfortable container rooms, reliable individual cold aircon compared to some hotels with centralised ones that do not get cold enough and the washer/ dryer combo machines to do laundry

Amazing staff, everything is superclean and new, the breakfast was great (many choices, both Japanese as western). The hotel even has medical staff, as it is located next to a hospital.

This hotel is fantastic! I would stay again. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, and they made all the difference when it was time for me to return home because they arranged a taxi to the airport. I am grateful!

The breakfast had a great variety of food. The hotel is very close to the Kashiwanoha-Campus station. The onsen was pretty nice. I did not have problems with Wifi.
