A well managed establishment. Good facilites. Nice lounges (reading, sitting lounges offering drink and snack). Two onsen facilities. A good Kaiseki dinner. A surprise dessert was sent to the room.

very convenient location.. near to parks and Jozankei shrine Half board dinner was wonderful.. 5 star presentation breakfast not bad too open air onsen is pretty staff very polite and helpful

This was a beautiful ryokan and our room was lovely. The onsen baths were great including the older baths in the annexe part of the building.
