This is our second time staying here and it was just as wonderful as the first! Great rooms, comfy beds, good showers and a delicious breakfast buffet. Also, we had a wonderful view of Wakayama Castle. We couldn't have asked for more.

Everything is great. It's clean and fantastic scenery. Moreover, the staff provides very good service. I forgot i-pad in the room. Unfortunately, I realized it when I was in Osaka, so I ask the staff to send my ipad to my hotel in Osaka. The staff do not hesitate to help, and I finally get my i-pad back.

For the price that we paid it was exceptional! It was a 5 minute walk from Wakayama Station. The rooms were a good size and were clean and well supplied. The breakfast included with the room was great. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Theres was not any people around.

Theres was not any people around. Several shops were closed. it was helpful that the hotel staff assisted us calling a taxi but otherwise it was its quite a challenge to call a taxi & converse with a Japanese dispatch staff.
