A very nice and peaceful hotel near the main railway station. The location is about a half-hour walk away from the city centre. The staff were incredibly polite and nice. The overall atmosphere is very relaxing, with a huge inner courtyard filled with water and trees. The public bath was not congested at all, was clean and was a perfect way to relax after days full of walking. The view from our corner room was incredible, especially at night. The room was very spacious and the bed was comfortable. Overall, we are very happy with our choice to stay here and getting a king room. Would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

The room is awesome, perhaps becuz it's high floor, the tatami flooring is great, room deco looks awesome, the location is not bad as its very near to the castle, and right behind the tram stop, so it's relatively convenient too!

The location was excellent. Right in the middle of the city and mins walk to the Kumamoto castle. The hotel has a parking lot. The room was tiny but okay. The hotel was very new and modern.

This is a brand new hotel in a very good, quiet location in Kumamoto city. It is a 15-minute walk from the central station, close to trams, shops and restaurants. The room was very comfortable and bright with a spotless Japanese-modern design. The room amenities were excellent and everything was very functional. Self-check-in and check-out was more than easy.
