The design of the hotel and the rooms were very contemporary and sleek. The hotel occupies the top floors of the highrise so the views from the room was great. I was conveniently located at the train station. For a city hotel with an onsen was a treat.

fantastic hotel in the centre of town, shopping mall and tram station around the corner. very friendly and helpful staff, excellent breakfast buffet. we had corner rooms which were very clean, modern and spacious. we did not try the wellness options but most probably they were amazing too, considering that many other guests seemed to use them. food court and shopping mall at the station were amazing although shopping possible around the hotel as well.

The location was excellent. Right in the middle of the city and mins walk to the Kumamoto castle. The hotel has a parking lot. The room was tiny but okay. The hotel was very new and modern.

The staff are amazing - I forgot my headphones and they sent them to me at our next hotel. They were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is great, it's very centrally located and the free breakfast is nice. Also a handy beer vending machine, if you don't want to walk the few minutes to the shopping centre/station nearby.
