The hotel is clean, comfortable, and very well located near Kawachi-Matsubara Station. There’s convenient luggage storage, and from the station you can take the express train — just one stop to Tennoji — where you’ll find Don Quijote, Ichiran, and many shops for last-minute purchases before heading home. The room is small but cozy and well-lit, with a heated toilet seat and daily towel replacement (they hang a fresh towel on your door every day). Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay.

The room is just nice for one person. Bed were comfortable, there were proper table to eat or do your work, enough space to store your luggage, many plug points, good amenities. It's very close to the station, just across the road, 2 minutes walk. There are many shops in the area - konbini, Don Quixote, food alleys. I went to watch a concert at Fenice Sacay and it was just a 10-minutes walk. Quite far from big towns like Namba or downtown Osaka but still good neighbourhood. At level 2 there are coin laundry machines and dryer machines, ice machine, microwave, public bath.

Chica is the nicest and the welcoming person. The house is in perfect condition and everything is super clean. At night she even gave me a hot water bottle which was really nice. On my second day I was lucky enough to be the only one staying there and I got the chance to have a tour of the town with Chica. I really liked staying here and I totally recommend it.

This was the most stunning property we stayed at in Japan. My family of 6 stayed here with adequate room. This house has history and is a beautiful authentic Japanese design and experience. Honestly it was breathtaking when we walked in. The garden was gorgeous and relaxing. The owner was available and communicated well. He and his partner were so lovely. They also own a shop next door which has the most beautiful antiques and new products. We will definately book this property when we go to Japan again. We feel so lucky to have been able to stay at this 5 star home.

Beautiful hotel with welcoming and lovely staff. Yes it's a love hotel but it isn't any way sleazy or "cheapened" by this. In Japan, it's not as taboo as the west and is still dealt with in a classy way. Yes there are advertisements for things you cab purchase and stuff in the room that can be used for a certain purpose which didn't bother us a jot. The amount of toiletries, towels, a robe, hair styling electronics completely outweighed anything else. Complimentary breakfast which was lovely, you can choose Japanese or western. It is about a 15-20 minute train ride from Osaka and then about a 10 minute walk but if you download the GO taxi app, you can get a taxi in minutes and is very reasonable if you have a lot of luggage.
