The hotel staff were super friendly, the room was sparkling clean and the breakfast was delicious and rich in variety. Everything was just so great in this hotel. They have very nice scenery and beautiful onsen. The breakfast and dinner are both delicious. We would like express our gratitude the staff at the hotel. I have inadvertently left a down jacket at the hotel. They kept it nicely and helped me to send it back home.

Unfornately, we have not stayed here as the hotel plan to renovate at that time so they asked us to stay other which they prepared to support.
