What a magnificent team on board - Kyle & Lara, Shion & Miku, & Jake - all genuinely welcoming & helpful & brimming with enthusiasm, accommodating every guest’s various needs & concerns seemingly effortlessly - ensuring a perfect stay. The rooms are warm & comfy, showers always hot, breakfast freshly cooked, fireplace nicely stoked & a lovely soundtrack playing in the background. The location is perfect - just a short stroll up the road to lifts and buses.

The owner very nice and greet me even i arrived late to this hotel. Explain everything nicely before pass me the room key. Parking available. Room quite big and have private bathroom. Complete with toilet towel & amenities. Have window so that you can see outside view that filled with with powder around this hotel (if you come during winter). Variety of delicious breakfast prepared, just need to inform on nighy before what time you want to eat your breakfast. Just 5 minutes drive to nearby convenience store.

Absolutely blown away by the incredible service at Hinode Hill Village, and we have Salina to thank for that! She went above and beyond to help us—not only did she assist with shipping our snowboards, but she also took care of booking our bus. Seriously, an absolute angel! The breakfast was an incredible spread and delicious! I highly recommend you include this in your stay! The room was had a great size for 4 people. It did not feel cramped and had ample space with all our bags and gear. The onsen was absolutely excellent at the end of the day to soak sore muscles. Great onsen facilities

Our stay at this property was exceptional. The location was perfect, allowing us to explore the mountain via ski in ski out lifts. The rooms were a good size and comfortable. The bar and restaurant were frequented a lot during our stay. Overall we would highly recommend this property!
