The hotel was amazing, as were the staff. The room was beyond belief in how nice it was and the outdoor bath was a treat that we will never forget. We got access to a private lounge with the room which provided nice snacks and beverages. The extra amenities in the hotel like the onsen and garden were amazing free additions. We got a Japanese style breakfast served in our room for free, and the staff gave me and my fiancée a small gift when they found out about our engagement

The resort was really nice and staff very helpful. We booked deluxe suite for 2 nights and I would happily come back again any time I'm around. During check-in, the staff was available for help on the phone (in English and Japanese). The breakfast provided was ample. The rooms were clean and tidy. All basic amenities were provided. The heating was good, and the blackout curtains were useful since the window faces the East. The mattress and pillows were sufficiently firm. I was grateful for the spare chopsticks in the microwave room, as I had forgotten to bring my own! The drying area was useful after I got wet in the rain. Many hotels don't provide enough hangers and drying racks, so it was nice to have it here. The tram line, which is convenient to go around, is a few minutes walk away.
