Check-in was smooth and fast. The room was clean and had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. We had a buffet style breakfast with plenty of options accompanied by a beautiful view of Nagano city. Location is great! only a 5-min walk to Nagano station and about 35 minutes walk to Zenkōji temple. I highly recommend this place if you are travelling on a budget.

Very good experience at this hotel, good for a short stay. Everything was very well organized and professional, the staffs were quite lovely, rooms were clean and comfortable and everything worked well.. great location. The room size that I had was okay for one, though with limited space for hanging clothes and such, but would have been a bit tight for two people. I appreciated the focus on reducing single use plastics and caring for the environment
