Aki, the host of the property met us at the station and transport to the house. Also he drove us around and showed some places of interest. He is friendly, helpful and happy guy speaking English. It was great experience of staying in his house. Apart from a small house equipped with mini kitchen, we were invited to use bigger common place at another little house on the same ground and the professional gas stove/kitchen well equipped. We cooked there and enjoyed dinners at a spacious and nicely decorated place. Aki was very kind and took us to see the local wonder - old relict woods and the waterfall. Absolutely must-see! it is a magic place, one of the most beautiful and magnificent in the island Honshu. we are grateful for warm reception we got at Aki's place, we felt comfortable and well cared. Highly recommended!

We had a nice stay in Kushimoto/Wabuka and felt welcome and at home. Our host was most helpfull and very accomodating. In the morning he served a nice japanese breakfast and even took us to the harbour to show us where we could see sea turtles - which we did.:-)

The guesthouse is spacious and beautifully arranged according to Japanese aesthetic standards. We had a wonderful calm stay in Kushimoto and enjoyed the sauna. The host was so helpful and friendly. There is a beach nearby and beautiful nature.
