We have been traveling for 7 weeks in Japan and this was one of the best stays we have experienced. The old house has been very nicely renovated. Our host Mari (who is an architect) was a brilliant host. She is still improving her English (and getting better!), and we had great conversations in the evening (with the help of Google translator) - and I do not speak any Japanese (except for a few words). The food she prepared was very tasty and nicely prepared. And we had a really good tea ceremony with two elderly ladies from the village (great fun!). If we would be coming back to the area - then I would stay here again. Many thanks Mari.

Absolutely loved our stay. It was a piece of paradise after riding the day from Onomishi. The staff were very welcoming and lovely, and thought of every key moment. Views were lovely and the room was perfect. Eco vibes and loved the Aussie native plants too. To top it off Brekky was yum and croissant 🙌🏼

Better than expect. The room, as well as the shared bathroom was really clean. The location was no problem for us, as we were by car (and there were parking slots)

Everything was just perfect: size of room, cozy bed, super kind service, delicious breakfast, central location, free parking space - and you can use the breakfast area in the evening to chat, have a (free) drink or eat your dinner (which you brought or ordered external). We would definitely come again!

We enjoyed the hotel. Very spacious room size. We enjoyed the breakfast spread. Hotel staff helped us to send our luggage to the next destination we were cycling to. Hotel was nearby a Uniqlo and a supermarket. There was also a very nice Udon restaurant. Imabari is a quiet town and we enjoyed walking around the hotel.

- The location was excellent. A one minute walk to the train station and the cycle drop off, which was much needed after a long day cycling. - The staff were very friendly and made check-in easy. They personally my luggage to my room that had been sent via the luggage transfer option.
