Breakfast was very good, the room was comfortable and clean. The staff were patient, I don't speak Japanese but there was no problem, the staff spoke Japanese, and the guide on the TV was also available in English. There is parking available at a reasonable rate.

The stunner stay of our trip! The luxury room is really clear when you walk in! The view is breathtaking and you feel the company of the amazing city. The bed is very comfy and really nice to sleep! Bathroom as a lot of space, a big bathtub and it's really well equipped! We don't have words to express what we have experienced at this stay, definitely a place to return!

Supportive and friendly staff, allow to checkin early. Boss is very enthusiatic ,especially Mr Yamamoto and service staff lady who instruct us in detailed bus and train routes to airport. Breakfast provided and interesting Lunch Dinner Menu. He took us to nearest subway station freely on early morning to catch up with airport express train . Highly recommended this hotel.

hotel benjar made our trip more memorable by serving great facilites of hospitalities. the dinner they offered first night was so delicious and they didnot even charged for it. breakfast due to its local food type didn't match our requirment. housekeeping cleanliness and classic type of facilities were adorable. suggest to all who want a peacefull stay away from the noice of city.
