A gorgeous location, and really lovely, warm staff. The meals were amazing too, and we enjoyed soaking in the hot baths at the end of a long day outdoors.

The view of Mt Fuji from our room was spectacular. The person at reception was excellent. The breakfast (vegetarian Japanese in our case) was beautiful, delicious and filling.

An amazing location with amazing views. There is a games room where you can relax from a day of exploring the Mt Fuji area!! The staff were very friendly and very accommodating. A special thank you to the woman that looked after the games room as she was great as a conversation partner and told me about many things to see in the area!!

Apart from the noise from the tatami room aircon unit everything else was perfect. I particularly liked the washing machine that one can choose temperature. The majority of washing machines here in Japan do not have that option.
