Especially the Lady upon checkout.
Invited me to free coffee although I did not book the breakfast package.
She was dashing after me to the bus stop for the Airport transfer to bring me a charging cable from my mobile, which I forgot.
She was so helpful.
Location was perfect. Close to restaurants, AEON supermarket, Nemuro train station, bus stop.
Also the room was nice, clean, spacious and especially the public bath.
What I also really appreciated was daily room cleaning.
It is such a good feeling to return to a room, tidied up and clean.
Thank you for a great stay !

New ZealandWe had the Japanese Style room, it was a good size. Breakfast was lovely and made accommodations easily for being vegetarian. The staff are English speaking. Games in the shared space to play. Showers lovely to use. Very clean. Kitchen available for your own cooking except during the breakfast time. Super quiet despite the rooms being full when we were there. We were able to park the car.

This time I visited Nemuro in late February for birdwatching...
This time I visited Nemuro in late February for birdwatching purpose. Unfortunately, the weather was very bad, with strong winds and heavy clouds, nevertheless I managed to see some local birds and other animals in Meiji park and other places around the city. As for food, I'd recommend Ekimae Sapporo Ramen restaurant (駅前札幌ラーメン), the noodles were delicious, and I liked the place. I'll definitely come to Nemuro again, and I hope the weather will be better next time.
