If you travel by car, I highly recommend staying here. Located not far from the airport, it's a great place to spend a night before flying out. Staff is extremely friendly and welcoming, lobby is opened until 10pm but access into the hotel is 24/7. Rooms are great and spacious by Japanese standards, beds are comfy. Breakfast is freshly cooked for you and tastes incredible. Highly recommend!

Well appointed rooms, large bathroom, good amenities. Extremely conveniently located within New Chitose Airport which was great for our overnight stay before heading to a ski resort the next day.

The rooms are clean and modern, better than many other same tier hotels in Sapporo / Chitose. Great value for money. My favorite is the lounge and public bath on the second floor. Location is convenient, right beside the JR Station. If you're looking to explore Sapporo, this hotel is a bit far from downtown, but it's meant to be near the New chitose airport.

A 7-minute walk from Chitose Train Station, ANA Crowne Plaza Chitose offers air-conditioned rooms with free internet and a private bathroom. The hotel features several restaurants.

Many compliments to Osanai-san. Osanai-san was extremely helpful during my recent visit to the Fairfield . Specifically, I needed assistance in developing a plan (with my bike) to return back to Tokyo, more specifically, to ensure I arrived in time to make my Shinkansen reservation. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Parking is great, the lot is quite big and easy to manuever and the staff provide a paper to put in the windshield at no cost. It's also very close to the airport.

Superb location. Clean and simple room with basic amenities for an overnight stay after a late flight. The included breakfast buffet was top notch!

Inn Chitose Ekimae is a 5-minute walk from Chitose Train Station. It offers modern accommodations, free parking and free internet.

Great breakfast. Great onsen. Main reason for us to book this hotel was the available free shuttle service to New Chitose airport, and that was very good and on time. And the staff was very friendly and helpful. This was surprisingly happen to be the most satisfying hotel experience during our entire trip in Japan!
