Rooms are very spacious, location is (relatively) quiet. The hotel is one train station away from the centre of the town. The ride takes 5 minutes and it's 3 minutes walk from Kitanagase station to the hotel. The interaction of the hotel staff with guests is minimal. You don't need to pass through the reception, you get a chip which enables you to enter through the side door 24/7. There is a lounge on the third floor where you can get tea, coffee, extra towels (should you need them), some dishes ... There is even a privite washing machine in every room.

Usual great stay at the Dormy Inn chain, everything was as per every Dormy Inn, familiar and user friendly! Room layout was great, bed and pillow were comfortable, free coffee and even ramen at night! Restaurants were nearby, location is between the townish area and train station so it’s extra convenient. Spacious room, very friendly and helpful staff. Great location, tram outside front door and 10 minute walk to railway station. Quiet and all amenities easily accessible. Comfortable beds and fantastic breakfast at low cost. Great value for money. The breakfast staff were super friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again. They were happy to store our luggage for us from 7.30am of the day we were checking in. Checkout process was non existent, you just shut your door and left. There is a free drinks (including cocktails, spirits, wine) happy hour which lasts 6pm to 9pm, self serve. Breakfast was included in the price and was extensive and delicious. It was close to the train station. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Instead of being available in your room, there was a supply area in reception where you could freely stock up on whatever you needed in the way of toiletries, tea/coffee bags, extra pillows and towels.
