The room was great. Bathroom was a good size. Bed was huge and having a big sofa was great. It was extremely clean. Amenites were available in the lobby but I wish there was coffee available in the room already. Contactless check out was easy and convenient.

Location is great, about a 7-minute walk from train station - when taking west exit from station, walk along the skywalk (1 level up), through Sogo Dept Store, then down onto street level, you'll see the hotel. For the price of the stay, Toyoko Inn was great. Staff was very friendly and helpful, location of the hotel was pretty good too, a station or approx 15 mins walk from the main Omiya station, and just right beside the Saitama station that will bring you back to Tokyo. Came for a concert at Saitama Super Arena, and the hotel is right in front of the arena. Breakfast service was not a wide spread, but was delicious with good variety daily. Will definitely look for Toyoko Inn again next time I’m back in Japan.

I really like the cleanness of the hotel and the welcome drinking session. It would be better if the welcome drinking session is available in the morning. The public bathroom is also great and very clean. They provide Dyson hair dryers. They also provide free lotion, toothpaste, etc.
