I have booked this hotel just for the view, and I was not disappointed. Few of the staff members did speak English which is huge plus, I did ship my suitcases to different hotel and they helped me with all of this. You can buy day pass at the hotel which was amazing. Also huge plus was the fact that they do offer the lift to Kagoshima station and back. Their breakfast is to die for. The location is super nice too the tram station is just next to the hotel.

The location and price were great it provides a lot of value for the money paid. Especially for those seeking to go to Sakurajima island the hotel is perfectly located as it is only a 10 minutes stroll from the ferry pier. The hotel is connected to JR station and it's super convenient with few shopping centers in walking distance. The room is very spacious ( compare to traditional hotel in Japan), we still find the room spacious with two big luggage open up in the room. There is washing machine and drying machine where we can wash our clothing from hiking. The staff is very friendly and helpful, they tried to accommodate our special request. There are many local restaurants near the hotel and we feel home when stayed here. Will definitely stay here when I visit again.
