We had two wonderful nights in Waqoo Naritasanmonzen. Everything is perfect. Nice and clean room, warm service, substantial Japanese’s style breakfast. We enjoy the public bath very much, which make us relaxing after a long journey from Los Angeles. We also love the decoration and atmosphere created in the space. Most importantly, all the staff of the hotel are welcoming, and they take care of every details even after check out. I found I lost my glasses in the hotel after we checked out and back to Shanghai. They helped me to find it in the public bath and shipped it to me via international express without any delay. I want to thank all the team of Waqoo Naritasanmonzen. You are the best! I will choose to stay in Waqoo Naritasanmonzen next time definitely.

The owner was very kind. Snacks, drink and yogurts were provided. We stayed one night to catch the plane the next day. I didn't expect much of the hotel, and it exceeded my expectation due to the cleanliness and the price. The owner went the extra miles to deliver the best service and experience.
