We loved the warm community space set up with games and books in the hotel lobby. The 24 hour lounge with food and coffee was icing on the cake. The complimentary refillable water bottles, bikes, umbrellas and coin laundry were great amenities to have.

The room was authentic and very comfortable. There is an exhange machine at the recepion. Location is great and well connected by bus and other public transport. All staff were very friendly.

the location is perfect. and the size of the room is above average in Kyoto (or even in Japan!) there are some nice shops and cafe in the nearby area.
