Very comfortable beds, clean room, nice service. The airport is just 3 min walking distance from the hotel, a little plaza next door with some shops around, 24 hours open small supermarket, which is a plus. Boat transport to Kobe from the airport, which makes it convenient to stay.

The room size is larger than most hotels in Japan. The staff was very helpful during check-in. They also help us store our luggage for 2 days. Also they were waiting for us until midnight due to flight delay.

Unexpectedly nice place to stay before flying back home (would like to spend couple of days more). Good Onsen was a bonus. Decent breakfast. Comparing to our experience in Japan room was spacy. There are shopping malls very close to hotel (including dangerous Don Quijote - open after midnight 🤣). Check-in experience with dinosaurs was one of a kind! Nice seaside view from window. Good place for plane and sea birds spotting. Rinku-Town train station 650m (1hr till Osaka center).

I loved that there was enough space to rearrange our luggage, which we truly appreciated. Cause this is not always a given here in Japan. Their bathtub was also definitely bigger than other hotels we’ve been in.
