What make this hotel fabulous, the staff! I wrote several emails before arriving, they were answered very promptly. Hotel shuttle, on time and reliable. The staff at the dining area, VERY warm and helpful. I will recommend this hotel to friends!

We spent there the last night before leaving Japan. Very close to the airport and a shopping mall and outlet minutes walking away. We got an upgrade to a huge very comfortable room with a living room. The personal spoke excellent English and was friendly and very helpful.

The location is very close to airport and Rinku Town. I love the design, the check-in instructions, the owner is really nice. Most important thing is I love the design so much! Japanese traditional style but in a modern way. The mattress were SUPER SUPER COMFORTABLE!!! I can sleep all day! I definitely recommend everyone to stay here and I’d definitely repeat next time.

Close to rinku town station. Within the same building. Even raining also no problem especially in cold weather. Walking distance to the outlet which is so good for last stop shopping and also provide free transport to Kansai airport. Can put this hotel as your last stop of the trip. Will definitely come again if I go Osaka.
