I love everything about the hotel except for the size of the room. The room was immaculately clean. They have fabric freshener handy to use. Check-in was so easy and fast. The hotel staff were very polite. They have so many free shuttle buses that ran every 20 minutes from the airport to the hotel and back. The bus drivers and attendants were very helpful, polite and time-conscious. The bus was never late in arriving and departing. We arrived at the airport then took the shuttle bus. It was very easy to find. The breakfast was superb, there was a lot of variety or selections and they all taste so good. The dining area was massive. I love that it was so spacious so that even if there was a lot of hotel guests, the place is still not crowded. The breakfast staff were excellent, very polite and helpful and efficient. The amenities were excellent, special mention is the sanitizing closets for pyjamas. Hotel rates are great value for money. The beds are very comfortable and the sheets were very clean and good quality 👌

Convenient airport shuttle, the pickup/drop off times from each terminal are on the hotel's website. Great value for money. I checked in after the restaurants were closed but there is a little convenience store in the lobby where I could get sandwich and instant noodles. Large room and very very comfortable bed and pillows to Western standards.
