The house was beautifully presented, lots of extra touches. It was also very warm, and had comfortable beds. Lovely indoor wooden bath (we didn't try the outside tub). Just 5 minutes down the road is Otowa Bridge, where you can see the Japanese Cranes at dawn (flying right over you).

The house easily accommodates 3 of us. It is a basic accommodation but for the price we pay for the stay, we couldn’t ask for more.

The apartment was complete with everything. It also had a private little onsen.

Everything was perfect! Super tranquil setting with birds singing in the background. We saw a fox peeking in from the driveway ☺️ Neighbours were a distance away and the night was quiet and restful. Home was lovely and the host was very kind.

Comfortable room with large tatami mat area for sleeping and separate bathroom. Onsen and breakfast buffet were very good. Free parking out the front and some outstanding restaurants nearby.
