We loved the room! It was so spacious! We really enjoyed the Japanese Tatami 1 bedroom. The beds were so comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped, and the bathroom had a tub and shower. There was a floor with washing machines too.

Great location, delicious breakfast, and lovely souvenirs-slippers, snacks can take home! And most of all great help from receiption team, staffs help me call my hotel in fuji mountain, and gave me instructions how to lake kawaguchi. The location was great, right in the middle of the Kappabashi district AND with a view of the Tokyo Skytree. Walking distance to a lot of sightseeing places (although the Skytree is further than it looks) but that of course depends on how mobile one is. However, we walked to the hotel from Ueno station with suitcases and found that quite manageable. But then we did arrive after 6pm when it was cooling down. Tokyo was in the middle of a heatwave, so had we arrived around noon, we would probably have taken a taxi. It was great to have an appartment-style room with all that entails. We were very happy to use the washing mashine/dryer which worked extremely well. This not being a keycard place that controls electricity (access door code instead), one could do the laundry while not at the property. Being able to leave our luggage there after check-out was a life-saver.

It was a perfect stay for our family with 2 small children, since they could sleep in a small separate bedroom (futons) with a sliding door. This was difficult to find in Tokyo and it was the perfect solution for us. The location was perfect, great to explore Asakusa on foot and really close to the metro Ginza line. It was quiet and clean and personnel was very friendly.

We selected the hotel because of baths on the top and location close to Toyosu fish market, where we won the lottery for early morning visit (5:30am) with a guide. Great choice, the hotel was really fantastic. We arrived before lunch and they stored our luggage, so we could return to explore Tokyo city center till late evening. We returned after 9pm, just in time for baths (free of charge), then relax with ice cream (free of charge) and late evening ramen in restaurant (also free of charge). All this was very nice. Hotel is very clean, rooms perfectly prepared for us, with all what is required for a great stay. Excellent view from the room and also from the baths, especially after sunset, with all the lights of Tokyo, the bridge. The hotel 5 minutes walk from the train station and surrounding area is also nice and clean. The price we paid for all this I conciser as accurate, good value for money and if I will come to Tokyo in future, this is the hotel I will return to.
