24/7 open onsen was amazing as well as the outdoor one. Lounge was nicely equiped and it was a pleasant place to spend relaxing time. Overall having bed connected directly to free-to-use onsen is great!

Wonderful location, in my opinion the best in Zao. Western room was spacious comfortable. Great shower. Hotel facilities are very nice.

Location is convenient for ski enthusiasts, onsen was very comfortable, and room was very comfortable and spacious for family stay. Can see the lift right from the window of the hotel room.

Absolutely amazing location, snowboard right to the front door! The room we booked was a twin room with private ensuite and it was spacious and had everything we needed. Bed was really comfy but the pillow not as much.
