Deerpark was the perfect place to stay for me during my visit to Nairobi. I was there with a colleague, and we had a very busy schedule during the days. Coming back to Deerpark in the evenings was a balm! The lush garden, the friendly hellos from everyone on the staff, the quiet and the lovely house all contributed to making me feel relaxed and safe. Our every need was catered for by the handful of staff, from remembering our breakfast preferences to helping with the booking of transport, and being able to order a variety of food from the menu. The atmosphere was relaxed, yet caring. The place is small, and to me that is infinetely preferable to chain luxury hotels, and at a fraction of the price, too. I will be sure to stay there again if I come to Nairobi.

This is such an awesome hotel. It is in a peaceful location near the forest, given the hustle and bustle of Nairobi. The staff are so kind and friendly and always have a smile to greet you with. The rooms are clean and modern with all the facilities you will need. They even deliver a facial scrub to your room daily (they did whilst I was there). The drinks at the bar are amazing. The food in the restaurant and breakfast were good too (although I’m not a big breakfast eater). It’s not far from the 2 malls.

The most welcoming, professional, efficient and smiling staff I have ever experienced!! Room, room service, comfort and location are exceptional. Also, the neighboring (literally adjunct) small shopping center is a very big added value. It has a large supermarket, verity of small shops and two nice local food courts with restaurants and coffee shops. I love the hotel's slogan: "We are all one TRIBE!!!"

The place was all we could expect it to be. Great location, staff , room , service, and facilities. The food was great too! Special mention for Nicholas , the front desk manager. He looked after us so well, though we arrived earlier than expected at the hotel. The staff too were warm and polite. Our first stay in Africa was wonderful.

The reception was exceptional. Our receptionist, Jeremy, was extremely friendly and catered to our needs on time. Through him we experienced 1st class customer service from the booking till the end of our stay. The deluxe room was more than what we expected with top tier room service and was kept clean throughout the stay. Breakfast was amazing and we got offers every time we ordered.
