This is an AMAZING hotel! Me and my friends stayed there for 2 days. We are tourists and got really great experience staying in Monbasa and Premium Inn. The hotel manager, Levi, is exceptionally helpful and responsible. The hotel stuff is professional and warm hearted. The breakfast is also wonderful. The front desk always helps to give you travel advice (eg, telling you the safe time of traveling out and help you get a Tuktuk). All in all, this is one of the best hotel experience I have ever had and I recommend it to everyone.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. When we asked for a late check we received a smile and a "no problem". The room was large and very comfortable and the breakfast was good. However above all we will remember the wonderful staff.

The lady at the reception who checked as in was very professional and detailed. She was very welcoming as well. And not to forget the security guy, both of them, I don’t quite remember their names but they were amazing and very helpful. Looking forward to coming again next week with my wife.
