Great staff, excellent customer service. Good food and entertainment. Really comfortable room. 2 good size swimming pools. Never an issue getting a sunbed. Ubers cheap and safe for getting around. Loved the city. Great snorkelling trip to the marine park.

This is an AMAZING hotel! Me and my friends stayed there for 2 days. We are tourists and got really great experience staying in Monbasa and Premium Inn. The hotel manager, Levi, is exceptionally helpful and responsible. The hotel stuff is professional and warm hearted. The breakfast is also wonderful. The front desk always helps to give you travel advice (eg, telling you the safe time of traveling out and help you get a Tuktuk). All in all, this is one of the best hotel experience I have ever had and I recommend it to everyone.

I can only recommend the Sheratton Beach Villagio. The personal were extrem friendly, the room clean and very comfortable. The location by the sea is perfekt. Next to the hotel you can find "Nero Kite Center", the best kitesurfing school ever. My instructor Armani was able to lern how to water start in just three days and i was able to enjoy the feeling of kiting for a short time. I can only say thank you so much for these wonderful great days. Asante sana:)

Great location with easy access to Old Town. I'd highly recommend it for city stay. I always felt safe with the security right outside the door; occasionally assisting with giving directions to tuk tuk drivers. A very welcoming stay from such a vibrant and young group of people who work there. I will definitely be staying here again in future.

The people and their culture. Very friendly community. Their traditional Madafu drink from the coconut calms the body system, their traditional food roasted and deep fried cassava was mouth watering. Easy to get from the beach to the street vendors. It’s Holiday time, Mombasa is the place to be.

Absolutely loved the really warm sea, clean beaches which were never overcrowded with safe places to leave ones things. Wild Water was great fun with no long queues for the slides and tubes, Fort Jesus was really interesting and a great look back into the history of the place. Very easy to get around with vans, taxis and tuk-tuks, not sure I would want to drive myself, very hectic. Mombasa has two distinct sides, the modern shopping malls and the traditional side of Kenya with it's little street shops and stalls with I love. I would defiantly recommend as a visit and already looking forward to my next trip.

Always fun to be here.

Always fun to be here. I will always come back many times over. Love the old town, the food and the mixed cultures. Full of spice, oriental and african and arabic such a cross roads. A city that is older than the country just pure beauty. Loved every second of it

Beautiful town,worth all the experience If you want a less quiet area visit Diani beach, its quiet, a lil bot rural but the best amd most of the attractions happen there..If you want a more busier place visit Mombasa city, more civilized..Overall I enjoyed Diani

The location of my apartment was the best.

The location of my apartment was the best. Distance to amenities like supermarket was good. The host was kind and responsive. The beach was awesome. Visited local restaurants at pirates with very good local food. Visited far away restaurant forodhani very good experience. I just have a problem with my kitchen 100%

Its an excellent good place, if only the road could be worked on quickly. Shanzi area must equally be developed at faster rate. We need a mall near Paradise Inn, the shops around aint good enuf

The staff are absolutely wonderful, everyone so friendly. Shower excellent, good size bedroom, nice selection of breakfast food. The restaurant is a pleasant location and a well stocked bar. 10 minute walk to the town which has a mall. Security was perfect. Mombasa had a power cut while I was there, I understand this is common, but the hotel appears to have its own generator, which is impressive.

The hotel is right by the beach and has beautifully decorated and renovated rooms. The bed was extremely comfortable and the whole studio felt exaggerately spacious for just one person. Rooms face the beach, and you can even watch an awesome sunrise from your window. Outside area has a huge swimming pool, maybe the biggest in Mombasa. Staff was super kind and attentive.

Great value for money in a central location of Mombasa Old Town, perfect for exploring the city after few days at the beach. We stayed in a private room and had a really nice balcony with an amazing view. Room was small but big enough for a short stay. Bathrooms are all shared but always were spotless clean.

Beautiful beachfront property in Mombasa. My room was very clean and smelt divine! Comfortable bed and lovely balcony. The staff was courteous and professional, breakfast buffet was excellent. Generally, I enjoyed my stay here.
