Very nice place with a view of the city and its own apple orchard. There is a traditional eagle show nearby. Good for charging up. Tip: don't listen to Google Maps, which will guide you along the upper hill. The road is almost impassable for normal cars. They arranged the eaglehunting show for us and were really helpful. Comfortable, well-appointed rooms furnished and decorated in local style. The friendly and charming host, who with her (English speaking) grandchild, joined us at mealtimes to chat. The meals were outstanding - and a variety of dishes to choose from. Clearly, a lot of thought has gone into making this a top place to stay for visitors.

From the moment we walked in we were impressed! This is a gorgeous property that is incredibly well maintained. Everything is super clean, our room very spacious, beds comfortable, wifi sufficient and a great hot shower! The family is so incredibly kind and generous. Anything you need such as booking an eagle demonstration they can help with. We opted to have dinner here (2 times) and we’re glad we did. The dinners were great & the setting in the yurt was wonderful. Over dinner we had some great interactions with both guests and the family. You are located a bit out of town but it’s not far at all, a very easy 20min walk. The walk through the streets gives you a nice feel for Bokonbaevo. Overall this is hands down one of the best home stay experiences we’ve had in any country. You will be extremely happy with your decision to spend time here. We guarantee it!

We had a wonderful stay at this guesthouse! The welcome was warm and made us feel at home right away. Our room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable. Both breakfast and dinner were delicious. The location is perfect: just a short and easy walk to a beautiful sandy beach where you can swim easily. The guesthouse also has a lovely garden full of apricot trees — a peaceful spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The family who runs the guesthouse was kind and helpful. They assisted us with everything we needed. Highly recommended — we would love to come back!
