United KingdomFriendly staff, helped out with a lot of things! Can't rent bikes to get into town fast and helps you organise kayak dolphin tour which I loved! The place itself is very nice and chill, I went for the dorms which were very nice, each dorm pretty big separated by large curtains so you had privacy!
