Their owner is a open minded and responsible man with good English standard. Staffs are young and friendly. We enjoyed the spacious rooms with balcony. Their breakfast was awesome. We did encountered difficulties to access wifi in room but they provided solution swiftly. This is what I really care. I do not need a perfect robot, but I enjoy services by good people.

Friendly and helpfull family. Supportive to the local community. Nice project. We slept in one of their family-huts. Very basic and therefore a nice and warm experience.

We loved staying at the Family Bat Cave Homestay! Escaro is a wonderful host, he and his family are very welcoming. His wife made delicious food and Esaro arranged a fantastic day and evening tour for us. We were lucky enough to be there on the last day of the New Year celebration in which we joined the community celebration. The accomodations are rustic and just what we were looking for. Highly recommend a stay here is you are looking for a unique Cambodia experience. Esaro’s partner, whose name I can’t remember now, brought us to so many interesting places and shared a lot of information with us. He was also ready with cold water all day for us. Beautiful, charming, friendly: just a perfect stay. Mattress was too hard to my taste but I asked and they provided a topper and all was then perfect again.

A lovely hotel! We enjoyed 2 nights here and felt very relaxed as a result of the super friendly staff. The food was tasty - especially the Khmer Fried Red Curry and spring rolls. Then, there’s the fried banana and fruit frappes or shakes - yummy! The pool (with waterfall) was gorgeous and completed the serene setting. Highly recommended. Plenty of hot water, soft sheets and a big TV. Would definitely start again!

This hotel is outstanding in every way. It is like an oasis of peace and beauty in the middle of a busy, vibrant city. The staff is very friendly and professional, the hotel beautifully decorated, very clean and offers a great service. We loved the afternoons by the clean, peaceful swimming. A very beautiful oasis to come back to each day. Staff were exceptionally kind and helpful. The bed was lovely, firm and comfortable and facilities good. The pool was a real treat, and beautifully clean. The breakfasts gave a good choice and very tasty. Easy walking distance to town.
