Wow, the location is beautiful. We were very surprised at how spotless the rooms were and the great value we got the rooms at. Overall Fantastic experience. We were greeted at the bus station by the manager and driver straight to the hotel where he helped us navigate all there is to do in Siem Reap. The hotel is a little bit further from Pub Street but the view and location make it well worth it.

Super helpful staff, they helped us easily organise and customize one day to the Kulen mountain with excellent driver Thy who was a great driver. The food in the restaurant is excellent, the hotel and the pool are fantastic. Great location yet quiet and relaxing.

Absolutely everything!! This place blew our minds :) Thank you so much Bayon Modern Residence. From the moment Mr Thom picked us up at the airport, to the moment we said goodbye, we were treated like royalty. The staff are super friendly and they go out of their way to assist.
