Super helpful staff, they helped us easily organise and customize one day to the Kulen mountain with excellent driver Thy who was a great driver. The food in the restaurant is excellent, the hotel and the pool are fantastic. Great location yet quiet and relaxing.

The room was really good, and the breakfast was also excellent. The property has great amenities, including a nice sauna (both dry and wet) and two jacuzzis—one hot and one cold. There’s also a small but well-equipped gym. On the rooftop, there’s a lovely pool area with sunbeds and showers, which was a fantastic spot to relax and enjoy the view. Overall, a very enjoyable stay!

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights (Banana Suite). It was all impeccable. The personnel is really helpful, polite and in a good mood. The food was delicious and everything was clean (room, pool, …). Shoutout to Dchen (sorry if I mispelled that 🥲), who was in charge when we arrived. Also many thanks to Per, the tuk-tuk driver. Pleasure to meet him! I definitely recommend the hotel ! 5 out of 5 every day 😊

The bungalows were very unique and spacious. The bathroom was big and the pool was great. The hot stone massage was the best ever. All the staff were super friendly and accommodating. They picked us up from the airport and dropped us to pub street every evening. The breakfast was great.

Lovely hotel with lush gardens and a lovely swimming pool. My room was King Suite with Balcony, a huge and comfortable room with double balcony. Staff are amazing.

Jungle in the city centre - To explore the city on foot at your own leisurely pace, “The Urban” is the best choice.
