    Water was calm and beach was clean, perfect for kids and families. It was very quiet, not much activity. We spent several hours there. Sat under the shady trees for a picnic and then hit the water again.

    Massice construction site at the Timothy beach resort end...

    Massice construction site at the Timothy beach resort end with pile dirvers and jack hammers making terrible intrusive noise from 8.00 am through to 6.30 sometimes. A huge new marina and hotel complex is being built and the whole mountain side is in the process of being demolished. Only stay there if you are hard of hearing, the mountain drilling nose was unbearable so we moved to Sugar Bay 5 minutes walk away.

    The location was perfect to continue homework, after a full day of plenary meetings. There were hardly any other guests on the premises The management has lost quality control on the facilities. As a hotel, the management has to see to it that there is water after 9 pm which was not the case. After being intimate, my partner and I need a fresh shower, which is impossible. There is no beach to relax. Nothing to accommodate the guest after a hard day's work.

    The hotel is a large, modern, resort with lots of facilities, pools etc. It is well located for the airport and for travel around both St Kitts and Nevis. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very nice and the bed comfortable. If you didn't want to eat in the hotel there were lots of restaurants nearby. You could also walk to the a beach on the Caribbean side of the island in about 10 minutes.

    Great location, staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The resort is old style so are the rooms and facilities. The room was spacious and had nice view. The hotel restaurant serves good food but there are many bars and restaurants along the beach within walking distance as well.

    High quality self catering accomodation with a great location right opposite the Marriott Hotel where we spent our first week. Housekeeping were great and provide excellent customer services and so did management when we had questions.
