The hotel is really well placed in the city and the people working there are so nice. Firstly we came earlier to put our suitcase but they offer us an early check in. Another big point is free water and amenities that are really helpful. Finally the room is really spacious and the bath is huge! I would stay there for sure next time I'm going to Busan.

We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay at this hotel. The room was fantastic – especially the super comfortable bed and the amazing view. Everything was very clean, and we really appreciated the focus on sustainability. All the staff were extremely friendly and attentive. A special thanks goes to Mr. Son, who impressed us with his warm demeanor and great professionalism. The overall service was outstanding. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel!

It’s very convenient to go anywhere cuz the hotel is near to seomyeon station,we can easy to find food to eat anytime,and the room is so clean and comfortable,there’s a huge TV with YouTube and Netflix,the bathroom is also tidy(it’s very important),but the most important thing is the housekeeper who stand by at one floor is very kind and gentle,both man and lady is polite to visitors,I think it’s one of the reason why the hotel is graded so high

It’s a straight forward check in. The room is as expected as the pictures shown. It is spacious, a lot of moving area, facilities stated were there. An interesting clothes sanitizer was installed in the room, which we keep using it to rid off any smell on our outer wear. Bed is comfortable. Showers were great. We also had a dip into their tub. Their staff are well versed in English. They are also helpful. I accidentally left my watch at the SPALand, and they also help to call up the keep to safe keep my watch. They also help us to call Taxi when we needed one.
