I really liked this hotel. Everything was just perfect - the location, the room, the breakfast and the service. The hotel is located little bit outside of the centrum of the city which made the atmosphere quiet and pleasant. I was by car and it was easy to come around. I will stay there again next time I visit Jeju

Modern hotel with modern facilities. It even has a little kitchenette and washing machine in every floor. It's the best place I've stayed in Korea. Everything was perfectly clean, the room is very big and comfortable and the bonus was the view of the sea from the window. Check in is flexible. Location is good, it's not very close to the center, but it is close to the beach and many buses that take you to other places in the island.

We are overjoyed that we found the Jeju Lavender Hotel during our long vacation on Jeju! From the very beginning, the owners were incredibly kind and helpful. The room was spacious, and the highlight was definitely the balcony with a beautiful view of the park. The hotel provides fresh towels and bottled water in the fridge every day. You can make yourself a coffee at the reception. The windows are well-sealed and block out the street noise. The Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and smart TV all worked perfectly. Every time we asked for something like a extension cord, bigger table or a more comfortable chair to work on our laptop, our requests were fulfilled — thank you so much! The hotel has parking spaces, and there was always room for our car. The neighborhood has everything you might need. The owners treated us with fruit, helped us find services we needed, and always greeted us in the morning with a smile and wished us good night in the evening :) This was not our first hotel on Jeju, but it was by far our best experience as a foreigner. Thank you very much!

I loved everything - it was definitely one of the top hotels I've stayed at in my life, and I have high standards for hotels. The design was beautiful, fusing modern luxury with Korean traditional and cultural details. The food was amazing - a la carte breakfast, free flow champagne buffet lunches (we paid for half board), everything was delightful. The bath tub was huge - almost like a bath at a spa, and the outdoor swimming pool had a great view of the sea, it was such a nice experience. I loved that there was an Olle trail running by the hotel, we got a gorgeous coastal sunset walk in as well.

Clean and spacious hotel, seems like it was rebranded/refurbished from a previous hotel, so most things felt new and clean. Our rooms came with a washer - they sell laundry detergent pods at reception and you can also borrow drying racks to hang your clothes. Toilet has a functioning rain shower and has counter space to put stuff. Convenient location if you drive - it’s in the middle between Seogwipo city and Jungmun, so it helps to break the driving time up. Overall a great place/ great value
