Beautiful facilities, wonderful staff who go out of their way to help their guests with any issues and put 100% effort into it !! The head manager of customer service is a wonderful man who made my friends and I stay a lovely experience. He was polite, calm and very supportive of us even when we lost our passport. Everything was perfect! The location is convenient and the property is very well maintained. The breakfast they offered was really good. The condition of the room and bathroom was superb. I genuinely have nothing bad to say. I am always going to choose i-jin for my future jeju trips!

This place was really comfortable, and even bigger than expected. The location is also great: it's a 10 minute walk to the nearest bus stop, and taxis are easy to get with the Kakao Taxi app. The area is very calm, surrounded by fields and a couple of other resorts. There's a GS25 right down the street. The room was clean and super comfortable. We had a balcony with a sea view, and you can actually see the sunrise from the balcony. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Bed and pillows are comfortable. Place is clean. Nice bathroom. Good location. Many restaurants, convenience stores and a few bus stops nearby. Friendly staff who could speak a tad bit of English and more in Mandarin. Allowed me to place my luggage there before the check-in time while I went for lunch. During checkout, I had requested the receptionist to call a taxi for me to go to the airport but he was honest enough to tell me that I can easily hail one from the hotel entrance and that saved me time and money.
