I speak Russian I communicated with the staff. I believe it is a family run business. They were just wonderful people. Hotel is in outskirts of the city, but take please bus 10 to get to centrum or even all the way to the airport. Price after location so you'll be fine.

The location is really convenient for travelers as it is not very far from the main city. The staff were very kind and helped us to do online food delivery. The breakfast was delicious. Very clean place with friendly and helpful staff. My room overlooked the river. The hotel is located ight next to the river with a popular Cafe Boom right next door, where you can have an early morning breakfast too. The room had all the essentials like bathroom, shower, toilet, desk, chair, single sofa, coffee table, tv, fridge, etc. its the cheapest place you can find in Astana (Apart from hostels). Its location is awesome!

Nice place to stay, good value for money. Location is also very nice if you're looking for a cozy stay. It's the old part of the city, not far from the riverside, no ugly skyscrapers and big empty streets (but if you'd like to feel the vibe of "big city" then definitely better find something on the left part of the river).
