If you wish to stay in the best hotel in Almaty, this is the one. I would recomend go for a City view for a general feeling of the city. The shopping center and a few extremely nice restaurants are just below. Brunch place would be Caffeteria and for party Eva. Enjoy!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Garden Park Inn for seven nights and I was throughly impressed with my experience. Clean and spacious room with fair price, hot water available all the time, kinda nice view, they helped me for early check-in with a reasonable charge and gave me a high floor as I requested. Staff is mostly young and friendly, making communication much easier, also some staff knew Turkish which made me surprised. Overall; excellent stay with welcoming staff. Special thanks to Temirlan, Aisha, Liana, and Bekzat.

As this was my second stay in the hotel, the manager upgraded my room for free from Standard to King de lux which was a very pleasant surprise!!! The location is great - a metro station is within walking distance (about 6 minutes). The bathroom was in excellent condition as before. We were given drinking water and fruits/cookies on a daily basis, and the egg fryer Anjela with her shining smile and friendly attitude made breakfasts even better!

The hotel was a very good price and was well located. Nice breakfast every morning! Aru was amazing and very helpful ! She went above and beyond for us. Help us through our all stay Bahadir was very good too ! Our guide stood us down and he was able to find us someone very last minute! We could never be thankful enough for that !

This hotel is for those people who wants to stay far from city noise as this is on the Mountain area so busses are not here only taxi. I love the staff they are ready to help you anytime of the day or night they are just wonderful! My experience with staff was just like family. I will definitely come back here and I will asks my mates to go here. 100% Rooms are spacious with balconies.
