The staff at the reception was so friendly and helpful they asked the Chef in the kitchen to make pancakes for my daughter (just for her) although it was not on the menu, because we arrived late for breakfast and she was sad she missed the pancakes! They also ordered taxi for us to and from hotel because our phone was not functional outside of the hotel! Highly recommend!

Property was very nice, great location, ambience was also nice , food was good , staffs were so cooperative with everything and very well behaved and friendly . I would give 11 out of 10 stars if possible. Definitely would be recommending everyone for royal plus , almaty

The hotel offers good value for money. Unfortunately, we couldn’t get a family room, so we booked separate rooms. But the rooms were good – no issues with furniture or design. Breakfast was not an open buffet, but it was definitely sufficient. Just a note: tea, water, and snacks outside the set menu are considered extra. The staff were very helpful, especially during check-in, check-out, and when calling a taxi for us.
