Garik texted me if i was ok because i checked in late. The hotel is a ran by a family & therefore you are served with unmatched quality. I am fortunate to stay & this hotel & meet this great family staff & recommend it to everyone. P.S try the burgers from the hotel restaurant it is to die for

The rooms were clean and comfy for 1 person. I returned almaty and rebooked ar same place. For the price, this stay was an absolute steal. It was in a quiet neighborhood and i love the calm. Oh and the solid wifi is a definute plus point. Did i mention there's free sauna pool here?

The hotel is small and suitable for relaxation due to its proximity to the airport. The rooms are clean, and there's no elevator... It's not a luxurious hotel, but they overwhelmed us with love and made us feel like we were with our family. They were kind and very helpful.
