First of all, let me say that I felt more comfortable than at home. When I arrived at the hotel, I was greeted with a smile and sincerity. Although I had reserved a single bed and a small room, a huge room and a double bed were allocated to me free of charge. My dirty clothes were washed carefully and given to me. No extra charge was taken for all my insistence. The owner of this hotel is an angelic family, they helped me a lot in every way. I now have a house and very good friends in Almaty. Thank you very much Mr. Gari and his wonderful family, I am grateful to you! The location of the hotel is quite nice, close to the airport and easy to reach the city center. There is a large shopping mall, restaurants, cafes, market, banks, barber, currency exchange office etc. nearby. I highly recommend it, you will be very pleased with your stay.

One of the most important things about hotels is the reception, and this hotel is distinguished by its helpful and friendly staff, especially Ms. Ayana, who is excellent at her work and quick, so a special thanks to her. Very clean ( new ) and pretty large room as a single room, in comparison with the other hotels in the same price zone. Wi-Fi is available and payment by credit card is accepted. I arrived in this hotel 2 hours earlier than their check-in start time, but they were kind to let me check in in 15 minutes.

Crispy clean, no smells, comfy beds, blackout curtains to get much needed sleep during a sunny day before the next flight. Toiletries, towels, bathrobe and hotel slippers were available. Staff is very pleasant and accommodating. A free one-way transfer to/from airport was offered which i happily accepted. ~15 min drive maximum without traffic jams (travelled around 4pm and 2am on weekdays). I would return and recommend.
