Natalay was our superhero ! She was super supportive when a cab driver took our money. She informed security at exit, and we went after the cab on a hotel golf cart to recover from the driver. This was an extraordinary and impressive act the way she cared for their hotel guests. We have travelled 84 countries so far and have not seen this kind of commitment by any hotel staff !

If you are a traveler who is used to Almaty, This hotel could be a very nice option. It's a healing place. It is a bit far from Arbat though. Quiet and easy to reach. And there is the most friendly staff in Kazakhstan. If I hadn't have another plan, I would have stayed more. You can walk and have a rest in the park as well.

As this was my second stay in the hotel, the manager upgraded my room for free from Standard to King de lux which was a very pleasant surprise!!! The location is great - a metro station is within walking distance (about 6 minutes). The bathroom was in excellent condition as before. We were given drinking water and fruits/cookies on a daily basis, and the egg fryer Anjela with her shining smile and friendly attitude made breakfasts even better!

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They also did a great job keeping the hotel clean and well-maintained. The location is excellent, and the hotel complex itself is quite spacious, surrounded by beautiful natural scenery. Overall, a very pleasant and relaxing experience!
