The guesthouse has everything we were looking for to relax a couple of days after few weeks of treks. Comfy bed, clean room and bathroom, hot water (not really needed cos it was very hot weather). The food is also very tasty with fair prices. Maybe the views are not the most impressive but still sunrise is very nice and you also have a nice view from the restaurant where you can chill. Also in a more wet season views of the rice fields can be wonderful. It is about 15/20 mins nice walk from the don det bridge but it was not a problem for us. Also good price for transportation tickets to continue your trip.

This hotel and the staff is wonderfull. Rooms are clean and beds sleep great. It’s the best place on the island to see the sunset. Bar opens at 4 PM, till a bit after sunset, so you can watch it while having a drink. Swiss Andy is a very nice person, he is so friendly, tells you everything about the island and knows all the guests by name. Breakfast is great they make pancakes and eggs on request. I loved this place, Don Det is a great island. The hotel is also on walking distance from the boatlanding, 2 minutes walking. You can rent bikes and they have laundry service.

Value for money was exceptional and a really lovely surprise to access a beautiful swimming pool in exceptional setting. From the outside the hotel looked unexceptional but the complex was a teal suprise.

Everything went very well. The village is very quiet.

Everything went very well. The village is very quiet. The people are friendly. The hotel was great and the staff very helpful. Getting around by bike is the best way to discover the island. The food is excellent… and the fruit juices are wonderful. Try the lemon mint… and hitchhike!

A small island to explore by bicycle, and the opportunity to visit Don Dhet Island, connected by the old French bridge. Nice restaurants in the evening. This island is ideal for those seeking peace and quiet in an enchanting setting.

Superb location.

Superb location. We didn't do the kayak trip, which I hear is fantastic. A day by bike is a great way to explore both islands. Our floating bungalow on the Mekong was magical, as were the sunsets over the river and the vibrant life there.

It's a beautiful island to relax on, the island walkway is...

It's a beautiful island to relax on, the island walkway is all paved with cement so it's easy to do by bike, very few cars, ideal for sightseeing and watching the sunset from the old bridge.
